1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products—many of which are sterile, cosmetic, or perishable—we are only able to accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
- Unopened and unused items: Select items may be eligible for return if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on used products, opened cosmetics, or items with broken seals.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@inlei.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Sale or clearance items
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago
- Digital products or online course access
5. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email info@inlei.co.za with the following information:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if applicable)
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
